Minimally Invasive Hand Surgery in Dallas-Fort Worth

Dr. Pedro Loredo is triple board-certified in General Surgery, Hand Surgery, and Plastic Surgery hand subspecialty, with fellowship training at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute. He performs the full spectrum of hand and upper extremity surgery with a focus on advanced minimally invasive endoscopic techniques. Most procedures use a single small incision, no skin sutures, and same-day recovery.

Loredo Hand Care Institute offers seven core surgical procedures for the hand, wrist, and elbow: endoscopic carpal tunnel release, endoscopic cubital tunnel release, open A1 pulley release for trigger finger, De Quervain's release, thumb CMC reconstruction (basilar joint arthroplasty), microsurgery (peripheral nerve and microvascular repair, replantation, free tissue transfer), and hand and wrist fracture fixation. The minimally invasive endoscopic approach is used wherever applicable, providing smaller incisions, faster recovery, and lower complication rates than traditional open surgery.
